Word on the Street: Jerry Jones Watched 'Cowboys Stadium Porn'

Recently, some happy-go-lucky Dallas Cowboys fans christened the team's new stadium by gettin' busy in a Burger King Jerry Dome bathroom while the Cowboys were gettin' busy all over my beloved (and pathetic!) Carolina Panthers.

Everyone's seen this homemade porno, too (Deadspin's -- obviously NSFW -- post topped 200k views in short order). And when I say "everyone" I really mean that -- even Jerry Jones, whose money, fame and insanity unwittingly played a role in sexing up Cowboys Stadium, managed to sneak a peek at the pair of hardcore Michael Irvin fans knockin' sneakers (hey, it's Texas, it's either that or cowboy boots).
On our midday show at 105.3 The Fan, I nervously asked Jerry Jones this morning if he had, um, seen the video of two fans "christening" Cowboys Stadium last Monday night in Arlington.

After joking that he had called several committee meetings to investigate the situation, Jones simply said:

"Yes. ... That's it."
So, yeah, he didn't totally admit that he watched two amateurs going at it, but it's enough for me to get a good laugh out of it. And you should too, because, honestly, he probably watched.

This isn't some creepy pervy-type of thing where you watch because you get off on it; this is watching for the sake of being able to believe that this is real and that these two jersey-clad freakshows really got their hump on in the middle of your eleventy-billion dollar stadium ... and then laughed about it.

But you know what? I bet Jerry chuckled when he read the part about the chubby redneck (I don't have confirmation on this, just call it a hunch) Texan couple sauntering out of the bathroom to cheers and shrugging it all off. Somehowe, that seems like a pretty solid metaphor for the Cowboys in recent years as far as I'm concerned.
