Jay FeelyIn last week's fantasy football kicker rankings, I mentioned that the Raiders were fantasy gold at all positions. Well, the boys in the black and silver stepped up and proved it wasn't a hard-and-fast formula, holding the Eagles to nine points. We're talking Week 7 kicker rankings here, though, so do you notice anything about those nine points? Like, say, three field goals? David Akers even missed two, so the Raiders yielded five field goal attempts.

This week, the Jets visit Oakland. Expect them to modestly move the ball, mostly on the ground, and give Jay Feely his fair share of field goal attempts. Thus, we've ranked him fourth behind three sure things.
Week 7 Fantasy Football Rankings: RB | QB | WR | TE | DEF | K

1. Stephen Gostkowski, NE vs. TB (London)
2. John Carney, NO at MIA
3. Mason Crosby, GB at CLE
4. Jay Feely, NYJ at OAK
5. Matt Stover, IND vs. StL
6. Nate Kaeding, SD at KC
7. David Akers, PHI at WAS
8. John Kasay, CAR vs. BUF
9. Jeff Reed, PIT vs. MIN
10. Robbie Gould, CHI at CIN
11. Shayne Graham, CIN vs. CHI
12. Lawrence Tynes, NYG vs. ARI
13. Neil Rackers, ARI at NYG
14. Josh Brown, STL at IND
15. Jason Elam, ATL at DAL
16. Kris Brown, HOU vs. SF
17. Rian Lindell, BUF at CAR
18. Ryan Longwell, MIN at PIT
19. Dan Carpenter, MIA vs. NO
20. Nick Folk, DAL vs. ATL

• Akers is a good play again, as the Eagles square off against the Redskins. Only the Raiders and Ravens have allowed more field goals.

• Stover's gonna be busy. Only two teams have allowed more extra points than the Rams and the Colts' offense is going to go ballistic.

• Neither the Cardinals nor the Giants allow many field goals, but they can be scored upon -- it's just usually touchdowns. Both offenses will be moving the ball well during this game, too. Expect some extra points, but not many three-pointers.

• No one in the NFL has allowed fewer extra points than the Colts, but they are susceptible to giving up the field goal. The Rams' stagnant offense should be able to muster two to three field goal attempts for Brown.
