Tom BradyThere were plenty of QB outings to love last week, with first and foremost being Tom Brady (No. 2 in Week 6) and his amazing first half against the awful Titans secondary. Matt Schaub (No. 3) threw four TDs and nearly had a 400-yard game as well. Aaron Rodgers (No. 1) wasn't quite as good, but 350-plus yards and two TDs is nothing to scoff at.

But then again, that was last week, and you're more concerned about the upcoming week. So who do we like to captain the ship this week? Most people should love Brady again, but I'm taking a bit of a different route with him, as I'll explain after the rankings.

• Alright, let me explain. Yes, Tom Brady was in the midst of a record-setting performance on Sunday. Consider that it was against an excruciatingly bad Titans pass defense. Consider that in the four weeks prior, Brady had averaged about 240 yards and one TD per game. Suddenly, one game against an awful team that's already quit on their season has fixed everything? I'm not convinced. Also remember that the conditions in London during NFL games tend to be awful, and receivers have a hard time coming out of breaks. Expect a lot of running in this one and temper your expectations for Brady.

• No surprise to see Peyton Manning and Drew Brees in the top two spots, as they've scored more points on average than any other fantasy QBs. Matt Schaub holds the overall points lead right now thanks to his extra game and he's worth starting every week. Some of you were lucky enough to pick Schaub up as a QB2, and if you're in this position, I'd suggest trading him -- his value can't possibly rise any more.

• The fate of Donovan McNabb rests in the health of left tackle Jason Peters, because if Peters can't go in this game, McNabb is unlikely to have time to scan the field. Unlucky for us, the Eagles play in the Monday night game, so if Peters' status isn't clear by Sunday, I think you have to look for another solid matchup, but ...

• Unfortunately, there aren't many QB2 types or free-agent QBs with good matchups. In fact, you can probably draw a line between the No. 17 and 18 QBs on this list and put a big X underneath the line. It's sad that Marc Bulger is in the top 20 this week, but you really don't want anything to do with anyone in the 20s. If a bye left you out to dry at the position this week, all I can do is say "I'm sorry."
