Did the injury bug hit your fantasy football team like it was a car windshield moving at 100 MPH? If so, it may be time to do some Damage Control.Quarterback
• Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers - Even though he was knocked out of the game during the overtime period with a concussion, Roethlisberger was cleared to fly home and early indications seem promising for a quick return.
• Marc Bulger, Rams - After the game, Bulger told the media that he had an injured groin and hamstring. It was a few shots to the head that has the Rams coaching staff worried. Bulger did not suffer a concussion but seemed woozy at times down the stretch. (Update: Bulger is out three to six weeks with a knee injury.)
• Matthew Stafford, Lions - Stafford took a big hit on the final drive of the game but came back after a timeout to throw the game-winning touchdown. X-rays show that his collarbone is not broken, but he might not play on Thursday.
• Kurt Warner, Cardinals - Warner was replaced in the second quarter after suffering a minor concussion. He did not return to the game and his status for Week 12 is not certain at this time.
Running Back
• Ryan Grant, Packers - Grant suffered a stinger in Sunday's game but said in the locker room that the injury wasn't that big of a deal. Watch how he practices during this short week as Green Bay plays on Thanksgiving Day.
• Marshawn Lynch, Bills - Lynch left Sunday's game in the second quarter with a shoulder injury but says he's fine and expects to be ready to play in Week 12.
• Ladell Betts, Redskins - Betts suffered two torn knee ligaments on Sunday and will need surgery. He's done for the year and Clinton Portis has already been ruled out for Week 12. It's time to run and sign Rock Cartwright, who will take over running duties for the Redskins.
• Brandon Jacobs, Giants - Jacobs injured his left knee in the third quarter and did not return to the game. He said that he could have played during overtime, but the team wanted to play it safe.
• Kolby Smith, Chiefs - Smith left Sunday's game with an ankle injury after just one carry and did not return. His injury didn't seem terribly serious but he'll be looked at on Monday.
• LaDainian Tomlinson, Chargers - Tomlinson says that his injured hip still hasn't fully recovered. He took a few snaps off on Sunday and the injury still causes him pain when he's hit hard or falls on it wrong.
Wide Receiver
• Calvin Johnson, Lions - Johnson left the field limping on a number of occasions and seemed to play while in pain throughout Sunday's game. However, he did continue to play and had a great game. Watch his progress at practice during this short week.
