Rachel Uchitel, a New York nightclub hostess, has denied having an affair with Tiger Woods despite a report in the National Enquirer that stated the two were spotted together in Melbourne, where Woods competed in the Australian Masters.

"I resent my reputation is getting completely blasted in the media," Uchitel said during a telephone interview late Friday with the Associated Press. "Everyone is assuming I came out and said this. This is not a story I have anything to do with."
