DeSean JacksonWith starting running back Brian Westbrook struggling to get back on the field after a pair of head injuries, the Eagles may now have to deal with the loss of star wide receiver DeSean Jackson as well.

Jackson left in the third quarter of Sunday's Philadelphia win over Washington, and Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed afterward that Jackson had suffered a concussion.

Westbrook has missed four of the Eagles' last five games with concussion-related issues -- he suffered one concussion in Week 7 at Washington, missed two games, suffered another concussion in Week 10 at San Diego, and has sat out since.

There was no immediate word about the severity of Jackson's concussion, though he did walk from the field to the locker room under his own power after suffering the injury.

"We'll have to wait and see how he is," Reid said following the game.

Jackson had two catches for 41 yards and a touchdown, plus a punt return of 29 yards, prior to exiting the game. Philadelphia scored 11 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to beat Washington 27-24. The Eagles are now 7-4 on the year and play at Atlanta next Sunday.
