As if a showdown between heated rivals Pittsburgh and Baltimore needed any more juice, Sunday night's game holds substantial playoff significance.

The Steelers, 6-4 and without injured starting quarterback Ben Roethlisberger, enter the game barely holding on to the AFC's final wild card spot.
