After a slow start Sunday, New Orleans showed life in its game against the Washington Redskins. The unbeaten Saints fell behind 10-0 early, but had closed to within 17-10 just before halftime.Quarterback Drew Brees threw a desperation pass over the middle to avoid a sack in the first half's final minute, and the throw was intercepted by Kareem Moore. Trying to make something happen on the return, Moore ended up having the ball ripped out of his hands by Saints receiver Robert Meachem, who ran to the end zone for the tying touchdown.
None of the evidence was enough to overturn the call of a touchdown.
New Orleans went on to win the game, 33-30 in overtime.
