Fantasy FanHouse's "Bust a Move" segment provides quick-hitting insight on the most popular adds and drops across Fleaflicker fantasy leagues between Tuesday and Wednesday of each week. Knowing who is on the move during this 24-hour period often provides a valuable edge with regard to outperforming or underperforming players, injuries and depth chart shifts. So do as the man says, "Don't just stand there..."

The Adds

Houston (D/ST, Texans, 937 adds) - I love it. Folks are thinking this week. With the St. Louis Rams on the docket this week and knowing what the Titans did against them last Sunday, the Texans make a brilliant spot start. Unfortunately, I started the Titans and my opponent this week (my brother) saw it, so he snagged the Texans. I'll have to settle for Seattle against Josh Freeman and the Bucs.

Fred Davis
(TE, Redskins, 915 adds) - After several weeks of teetering on the fence, owners can finally pull the trigger on Chris Cooley's backup after he scored twice against the Raiders and now has four touchdowns in the past three games.

Quinton Ganther (RB, Redskins, 824 adds) - Another savvy move, folks finally saw the Ganther light this week, even though we've been telling you to grab Ganther for a couple weeks now. QG found pay-dirt twice last week, albeit both times from one yard out and both times essentially in garbage time.

Chris Jennings (RB, Browns, 821 adds) - I'll say it again; this week's Bust a Move is vastly improved. Now that we're strictly dealing with playoff team owners, the quality of moves is like night and day compared to the regular season. Jennings surprised everybody with 20 carries to Jerome Harrison's seven last weekend and he proved that to be a wise decision by the Cleveland coaching staff, racking up 73 yards and a touchdown. Smart fantasy owners are all over him. Just be careful here, as rumors are swirling that the explosive Josh Cribbs might sneak into the starting role in Cleveland. Stay tuned for more on that as we learn more.

Arian Foster (RB, Texans, 774 adds) - Folks looking to continue to get burned again by Houston's backfield can now toil over the decision between Ryan Moats and Arian Foster. Frankly, neither of these guys give me any confidence in the fantasy playoffs, but Moats found the end zone last week. Also, Houston does face the Rams this week, so maybe we have one more week of an "underwear over the head wedgie" from Houston. Coach Kubiak says Foster will be the featured back the rest of the season, so you will definitely get some touches here.

Jamaal Charles (RB, Chiefs, 638 adds) - Coming off 143 yards on 20 carries with a touchdown, Charles' matchup against the Browns makes him one of this week's best running back plays, period.

Arizona (D/ST, Cardinals, 583 adds) - The other great D/ST spot start comes from Arizona, who faces the hapless Lions. I'd feel a lot better about this if the Cardinals (Kurt Warner and Anquan Boldin) didn't cost me a playoff loss on Monday, but blame that on the offense and their 957 seven turnovers. The defense should have their way with Detroit, who perpetually refuses to do anything right and will play without Kevin Smith and Matt Stafford.

Hakeem Nicks
(WR, Giants, 535 adds) - Our midseason "it" boy finally returned to grace, getting the start over Super Mario and notching four receptions for 110 years and a teeder. Nicks blundered a couple should-have-been catches though, so he might have lost a little of both Eli's and the coaching staff's confidence, despite the good numbers.

San Francisco (D/ST, 49ers, 523 adds) - We can always count on the performance chasers when it comes to team defenses. After undressing Warner and the Cards on Monday with seven turnovers, the San Francisco defense makes a hot play for some, but personally I hate this week's matchup against the explosive Eagles. Alternatively, if you can make it to Week 16, you got the Lions.

Beanie Wells (RB, Cardinals, 392 adds) - Having watched Kurt Warner's turd on Monday, one would expect Coach Whisenhunt to try to pound the rock down Detroit's throat to get a lead and keep it. I'm sure we'll still see plenty from Warner, but Wells looks like a great play this weekend.

The Drops

Kevin Smith (RB, Lions, 939 drops) - As if the Lions weren't struggling enough, one of their few remaining bright spots, Kevin Smith, will undergo season-ending knee surgery

Jerome Harrison (RB, Browns, 523 drops) - Upon the Browns' surprise switcheroo to to Chris Jennings, Jerome Harrison's value took a Louganis.

Jeremy Maclin (WR, Eagles, 482 drops) - This past Sunday, Maclin's feet suffered a very bad day. He tore a plantar fascia in one and strained another. He will miss the Week 15 game and likely more than that.

Chris Brown (RB, Texans, 436 drops) - Just as Chris Brown started gaining momentum, he pulled up lame with a meager seven yards on three carries. No value here.

Steve Slaton (RB, Texans, 349 drops) - The reason for all these other Texan running backs on the list? Slaton went on the injured reserve and may undergo surgery. Regardless, his season is over.
