Cleveland's trip to Kansas City was a wild one.

The struggling Chiefs hosted the Browns for a game that didn't even sell out in Kansas City. It's hard to blame the fans -- neither team has done much this season, and there was plenty of reason to think they'd combine for some bad December football.

However, you can never assume such things. Fans who didn't show up have missed quite a show. The teams have combined for three touchdowns of 100 yards or more in the first half. Two of those huge plays were made by Browns special teams ace Josh Cribbs, who made history on Sunday.

The first of two kickoff return touchdowns by Cribbs was the historic one. It was the seventh kickoff return touchdown of Cribbs' career, setting an NFL record.

Before the game even got to halftime, Cribbs added to it. After Chief Andy Studebaker ran a fumble back 101 yards for a touchdown, Cribbs took the ensuing kickoff 103 yards for his second score of the game. That touchdown pulled Cleveland within 24-20, and that's how a very entertaining game went into halftime.

Cribbs finished the game with 269 kickoff return yards on six attempts. He had 305 total return yards on the afternoon.

In the end, Cleveland won the game 41-34, thanks to Jerome Harrison's 286 rushing yards. That marks the third-best single-game rushing performance in NFL history. Harrison scored three times, including the game-winning run with 44 seconds left.
