If you're in a fantasy football league that waits until the last minute to settle things, Week 17 in the NFL will be used to determine your fate. Your job is tougher trying to assemble a roster of players when you have multiple playoff scenarios all wrapped up around the league and a bunch of question marks surrounding star players and the amount of playing time they will receive. Wade trough all of the information available, and wait until the last possible minute to make some of those key decisions. Strange things happen close to kickoff -- like Steven Jackson and his inactive status last week. When ranking the fantasy defensive units, I had to look no further than which teams were playing bottom-feeders. It just happens to work out that teams playing against the worst five teams in the NFL should have strong D/ST showings in fantasy Week 17.

• Buffalo is a strange play this week. Everyone saw what the Falcons offense did to the Bills in Week 16, yet they are ranked in the top ten against Indianapolis. No, the Bills didn't magically heal the awesome secondary that produced so many interceptions early this season -- they're still hurt, and this unit is still susceptible to an aerial attack. The reason for the Bills high ranking is that fact that the Colts will probably be resting their starters shortly after fans get back into their seats following the National Anthem. And we all saw how bad the backups in Indianapolis are at putting up points.
• The New York Jets could put up some serious numbers on Sunday as Darrelle Revis lets his play on the field do his talking. Contrary to what Chad Ochocinco believes and says, Revis can cover him. If the Bengals attempt to test Revis and throw to Ochocinco as much as he wants, Revis will show why he's one of the best shut-down corners in the game -- he could single-handedly score in double digits for fantasy teams.
• Most people believe that New England is going to play to win on Sunday, and most of the players have verbalized their desire to play. But, Bill Belichick hasn't disclosed what he's going to do, yet. If he decides to rest his starters, you can move Houston's defense up from 28 to the low-teens.
