As part of his plea bargain to federal conspiracy charges related to dog fighting, Michael Vick agreed to cooperate with federal investigators who were looking into criminal activities, including some activities that weren't related to dog fighting.

The Smoking Gun has now obtained a document recounting an October 2007 interview with Vick that was attended by federal prosecutors, FBI agents, and Department of Agriculture investigators, and that document reveals that Vick was questioned about a DEA informant who claimed that Vick once discussed steroids and human growth hormone with a dealer.

From The Smoking Gun report:
Along with being questioned about killing dogs and whether other NFL players were involved in dog fighting, Vick was questioned about information provided by the DEA source. A federal prosecutor asked Vick about a December 2006 Atlanta Falcons team party during which the alleged conversation about steroids occurred. "Vick was reportedly overheard telling" the dealer (whose name was redacted from the memo) that he "liked his product," according to the Memorandum of Interview prepared by a case agent with the Department of Agriculture's Office of Inspector General.
Vick has tested positive for marijuana, but never for performance-enhancing drugs. The NFL, however, does not test for HGH. The aspect of this story that will likely be most troubling to the NFL is the accusation that someone who dealt in steroids and HGH was at an Atlanta Falcons team party. So far Vick hasn't commented on this story, and neither have the Eagles, the Falcons or the NFL.
