The FanHouse Podcast: Because bloggers are much sexier on the phone.

In the 44th installment of HausCast, we talk about the biggest story of the weekend: the fraud that is the New England Patriots. With Wes Welker stuck in the owners box with a bum leg, Tom Brady somehow managed to look more apathetic against the Ravens than Randy Moss. No small feat.

Good news: He's still Comeback Player of the Year!

In other NFL Awards news, Will and Ryan discuss Peyton Manning taking home his fourth MVP, and why that will probably be the highlight of his 2009 season after the Ravens come into Indy and beat the Colts next week. (Seriously, history suggests that first-round bye + sitting starters in Week 17 = early Colts exit from the postseason. And this is coming from a guy who loathes Baltimore.)

Other topics: Pete Carroll returning to the NFL, why Mike Tomlin should be fired*, and why the Steelers should give the Browns their first-round pick in exchange for Josh Cribbs.

Fun starts below.

* No sane person thinks this ... just some Steelers fans unhappy with the fact that Bruce Arians didn't get canned last week. I think this is the definition of a spoiled, whiny fan base.
