Super Bowl Start Time

The starting time for Super Bowl XLIV is 6:25 p.m. EST, according to CBS, the network broadcasting the game. The Indianapolis Colts and New Orleans Saints will be playing at Dolphin Stadium in Miami, Florida. CBS's primary game coverage will start at 6:00 p.m. EST.

The NFC Champion New Orleans Saints are making their first Super Bowl appearance, while the Colts franchise is making its fourth. The Colts are looking for their second title in four years.

Play-by-play announcer Jim Nantz and color commentator Phil Simms will call the game, with Solomon Wilcots and Steve Tasker serving as sideline reporters. The Super Bowl Today, a four-hour pregame show hosted by James Brown will start at 2:00 p.m. EST.
