VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Peggy Fleming captured the hearts of America when she won a gold medal in figure skating at the 1968 Winter Olympics in Grenoble, France. Forty-two years later, she is still one of the most beloved Olympians of all-time. FanHouse caught up with Fleming at the Allstate U.S. Olympic Hall of Fame Tribute ceremony in Vancouver, where she talked about Joannie Rochette's inspiring performance following her mother's sudden death, the current state of U.S. figure skating, getting into a car accident while traveling in Vice President Joe Biden's motorcade and her appearance in Blades of Glory.
