VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- The eyes of the sporting world will be focused squarely on Vancouver's Pacific Coliseum Thursday, as Canadian figure skater Joannie Rochette will look to medal just days after the sudden death of her mother.That's not the only storyline heading into one of the Winter Games' most popular event, as Korean Kim Yu-Na will try to put her own stamp on these games and Americans Rachael Flatt and Mirai Nagasu, who finished 5th and 6th respectively after Tuesday's short program, hope to become the US' new figure skating darling.
