Bubba the Love SpongeIt looks like the spat between Total Nonstop Action Wrestling's Awesome Kong and Bubba the Love Sponge is not over with.

Awesome Kong (real name Kia Stevens) has filed a lawsuit against the shock jock claiming that he called her from a blocked number at 5a.m. on Feb. 10 and spouted numerous racial slurs at her. CourtHouseNews.com has the story (warning: it includes offensive language) in which she claims that Bubba (real name Todd Clem) threatened to "sucker punch her until she stopped breathing."

She also alleges in the lawsuit that Bubba identified himself at one point during the phone call. She is also suing AT&T because the company would not give her the identity of the blocked caller.

The two have a history dating back to last month when Bubba made a derogatory remark on his Twitter account about raising money for the people suffering in Haiti. Kong, who had been raising money for that effort, was very upset and she decided to confront Bubba who also works for TNA as an interviewer.

According to reports, she approached him on Jan. 18 and began punching him in the face while yelling "This is for Haiti!" Kong was suspended for two days by the company.

Meanwhile, Bubba and his representatives have issued a statement denying the allegations.

"This morning I was made aware of allegations made in a petition for full bill of discovery by Ms. Kia Stevens, a professional wrestler with Total Nonstop Action Wrestling. The allegations in this petition are one hundred percent false. To be clear; everything contained in this petition is not true. Ms. Stevens attributing outrageous racist statements and physical threats to me is disgusting."

He goes on to say that he will pursue "all legal remedies available".

Bubba has not been seen on TV television for weeks and it is not certain if he is still under contract with TNA Wrestling.
