TEMPE, Ariz. -- When the Mets traded Scott Kazmir to Tampa Bay in 2004 for Victor Zambrano, many thought it was the steal of the century for the then-Devil Rays. While Kazmir had some good moments in Tampa, including two All-Star appearances, his struggles led to him being traded for the second time in his career last summer. Now with the Angels, Kazmir is hoping to build on a solid ending to his 2009 regular season that saw him post a 1.73 ERA over six regular-season starts after moving west to Anaheim.
