The FanHouse staff has had some time to ponder over our initial fantasy baseball rankings (which you can view by clicking here), so now it's time for the updated version -- no drawn out tables, just down and dirty rankings. We will elaborate on significant moves after the ranks. Expecting anyone of us four rankers to move Mr. Minnesota anywhere but first on the list? Think again. He was, once again, unanimous among our staff. There's no reason to think too hard in some instances. We did see fit to promote a youngster into our top five -- and it wasn't the one on the Orioles.

• Montero's rise to the top five was driven by our uncertainty that Wieters will meet expectations and Posada will stay healthy all year, but don't misconstrue this -- the gap is very little between those three.
• Torrealba rose six spots after landing in San Diego. The cavernous park does not do any favors for hitters, but last time we weren't even sure he'd find a job. Now, he's found one where he's likely to get lots of at-bats in front of still-developing 26-year-old Hundley.
• Buster Posey plummeted due almost solely to Knox Bardeen leaving him unranked. You can read Knox's thoughts as to why he left him unranked by clicking here.
• Towles saw a nice boost from last time out. There are a few reasons for this. First of all, the 26-year-old has never really been given a full look at the major league level. He only has 234 at-bats that have been spread amongst three seasons. He has shown himself to be a very capable hitter in the minors and there's still time to salvage that at the big league level. He's still got Castro right on his heels, but these are yearly rankings.
