Rest easy Cavs fans, LeBron James has not tested positive for steroids.

Steven Lebron, a catching and outfield prospect in the Cleveland Indians minor-league system, however, has tested positive for the steroid Boldenone metabolite and has been suspended for 50 games by Major League Baseball.

Lebron was one of four prospects from the Dominican Summer League suspended for a violation of MLB's Minor League Drug Prevention and Treatment Program.

Pitcher Melvin Colon (Mets), catcher Josue Rodriguez (Yankees) and pitcher Israel Tolentino (Yankees) received similar discipline.

The suspensions will take effect at the beginning of this year's Dominican Summer League season.
