If there has ever been a coach made for the NFL Films' "Hard Knocks" series, it's Jets coach Rex Ryan.Now we'll get to see what happens when the cameramen with an all-access pass constantly film the coach who's willing to say anything.
Last year Ryan got into a feud with a Dolphins linebacker, flipped a bird at a fan, complained about being disrespected by the Patriots, benched a player for a Twitter comment and generally pissed off everyone else in the league."Hard Knocks" is always a worthwhile set of appointment viewing because the NFL Films crew is very talented. They've made series on the Chiefs, Cowboys, Bengals and Ravens worth watching, but they've never had a coach as quotable as Ryan.
The NFL Films crew will be following the Jets throughout training camp with a 24-man crew. Since it's NFL Films, it's unlikely that they will hang Ryan out to dry if he says anything extremely controversial, but Ryan's everyday quips will surely be a big part of this season's shows.
