Reggie Bush may want to clear his calendar. And it's safe to say the NCAA will be all ears, too. FanHouse has learned that Bush has been scheduled to be deposed in San Diego on Friday, April 23, in the civil suit filed by Lloyd Lake. Additionally, Lake and former business partner Michael Michaels, who settled out of court with Bush three years ago for a reported $300,000, have also been scheduled to be deposed in San Diego that same week.
The three depositions could be taken into account by the NCAA, which met with University of Southern California officials over three days in February.
The hearing with the NCAA's committee on infractions ended with little indication of what is ahead for the Trojans' football and men's basketball teams. The NCAA is expected to soon rule on USC's case.

Lake's deposition has been scheduled over two days, April 19-20, while Michaels' deposition is scheduled for April 21.
Michaels was initially scheduled to be deposed on March 5 in San Diego. But Lake's attorney, Brian Watkins, said it was postponed because an appeals court document permitting the oft-delayed proceeding to move forward would not arrive in time.
Lake is seeking to recoup some $291,000 in cash and gifts the star running back and his family allegedly accepted from Lake and Michaels while Bush was at USC during the 2004 and 2005 seasons.
Lake claims he gave Bush, the 2005 Heisman Trophy winner, cash to buy a car and that Michaels allowed Bush's parents to live rent-free in a San Diego-area home. Lake and Michaels were trying to attract Bush as a client for their marketing firm, New Era.
Bush has denied the accusations.
Watkins has maintained that the "truth will come out" in these highly anticipated depositions.
On Dec. 28, 2009 it was announced that Bush had lost his bid for confidential arbitration in this matter and that the case would proceed to trial. Sworn statements would become public record and could be used by the NCAA to conclude its investigation of USC.
Bush helped the New Orleans Saints win their first Super Bowl in franchise history with a 31-17 win over the Indianapolis Colts in February.
