An insult in the NASCAR Sprint Cup series is best parried with a marketing campaign, as Kevin Harvick and his wife, DeLana, have done in response to Joey Logano's cutting line: "His wife wears the firesuit in the family and tells him what to do. . ."

Happy's E-Shop, the store at Harvick's website, www.kevinharvick.com, on Tuesday began offering for sale a ladies T-shirt in five different sizes featuring the slogan, "I wear the firesuit in this family!"

The site is offering the shirts for $15 each and says the proceeds will go to the Kevin Harvick Foundation. It says the shirts will be delivered as soon as they come in.

The friendly, easygoing and young Logano has been getting kicked around a bit in the Sprint Cup series of late, and when Harvick got into the Joe Gibbs Racing driver with just a few laps left in Sunday's race at Pocono, around Logano went again. Harvick took Logano's fourth-place position with the move, and finished fourth, while Logano dropped to 13th.

A furious Logano -- appearing angrier than he's ever been -- went to discuss the matter with Harvick on pit road afterward, but ran into a wall of Harvick's crewmen. Logano shouted at Harvick, but they were well separated.

The firesuit quote came when a still-steaming Logano talked to TNT and reporters behind his team transporter after the race. Logano's full sentence was, "His wife wears the firesuit in the family and tells him what to do, so it's probably not his fault."
