Wilson, a worker with the St. Louis firm DoodyCalls Pet Waste Removal, was cleaning up after a dog when he spotted what appeared to be a bit of half-digested U.S. currency "sticking out."
He fished out the cash (a cool -- er, warm -- $58), sanitized it, placed it in a plastic bag and reportedly gave the bills back to the owner of the money-hungry pooch.
The bills appear to be "chewed," but because the serial numbers are still visible, they can be exchanged at any bank for clean money, according to STLtoday.com.
Then again, if anyone else were to find such a prize, they might have been too embarrassed to step forward.
