Here's what's happening around the National Football League on Wednesday, June 23, 2010:• The Bills' quarterback competition may last into the fall, but early indications -- as expected -- are that Trent Edwards has the inside edge.
That's how things fell on the first day of Buffalo's minicamp, at least, according to Chris Brown of the team's official website. Brown reported that Edwards was the first QB in the Bills' rotation, followed in order by Ryan Fitzpatrick and Brian Brohm.
Edwards started seven games for the Bills last season and has 30 starts in three years. Fitzpatrick, meanwhile, made eight starts for Buffalo in 2009 and saw action in 10 games.
