Elin Nordegren Will Get 'Only' $100M from Tiger Woods in Divorce Settlement
No, in fact, she'll need both hands and then some to cart away the $100 million that TMZ's anonymous sources are saying she will actually be receiving once the couple files for divorce, which is expected in a manner of days.
Not that we'll be hearing about it from her. As per the earlier reports, Nordergen must maintain her blockade of the media, and won't be allowed to discuss anything about her experience publicly in any way, ever-- not even in a personal memoir.
Still unconfirmed are just which, if any property assets that will be ceded entirely to Nordegren, and the nature of the child custody arrangement. Last we checked, it was the scorned model turned mother that was getting primary of young kids Sam, 3 and Charlie, 1, with Tiger being forbidden from bringing new women around them until he re-married.
Meanwhile, Tiger's game lately has been inconsistent, to say the least. Attempting to defend his championship title at the AT&T National Golf Tournament this holiday weekend, the host hit an even-par 70 on Saturday while aiming for 63 or 64, and is currently ranked at T64 on the leaderboard, far below the less well-known leader, English golfer Justin Rose.
Could the divorce drama be to blame for Tiger's poor PGA Tour play? It certainly isn't helping. As he told reporters earlier in the week: "Outside the ropes there are certainly still distractions...It is what it is."
