VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) -- Clark County officials say their records show Tonya Harding has married again.Deputy Auditor Karen Updike told The Columbian newspaper that she issued a marriage license to the 39-year-old Harding and 42-year-old Joseph Jens Price on June 23. She says she remembers the disgraced former Olympian as "a very talented skater."
The auditor's office said it received the signed license back on Tuesday that showed the wedding had taken place.
The newspaper says the couple resides in Yacolt but there were no phone listings for Harding or Price.
The paper also says that Pastor Lloyd Ward of the Community Church of God officiated at the wedding. A message left late Friday night for him was not immediately returned.
The Columbian reported Karen Updike, a deputy auditor, said an apologetic Harding arrived at the Public Service Center before Price.
"She kept saying she was sorry he was late," Updike said. "She was very nice, appreciative."
Updike described Price, who arrived not long after Harding, as a "real nice, blue collar-type guy. They were a very nice couple."
A national figure skating champion in 1991 and a two-time Olympian, Harding in 1994 was banned for life from the U.S. Figure Skating Association because of her role in an attack on fellow skater Nancy Kerrigan. Harding's then-husband Jeff Gillooly helped plan the assault.
Harding later had a short career as a professional boxer.
