And now they are sharing part of their presentation.
The team's home page includes this video, which it showed to James on Saturday. The Cavs' video production team has won a local Emmy for its game presentation video, and this one is just as well done -- especially to sentimental Clevelanders. In the video, the "home" theme is hit hard, with appeals coming from fans and followers.
It features scenes from James' career, and interviews with the regular folks from Cleveland, Akron -- and even Columbus. It includes shots of James' days at St. Vincent-St. Mary, and even uses music from one of James' favorite movies: "Gladiator."
This was the serious video -- and it brought an emotional reaction from James. The other video the team made put James and his friends in a "Family Guy" type cartoon. It was filled with inside jokes from James' time with the Cavs, and had James and his "team" guffawing.
