The NBA D-League announced the official affiliations for 2010-2011 today, with few surprises. The new Texas Legends located in Frisco, TX will be the Dallas Mavericks' only affiliate, but will not be employing a hybrid system. The special relationship is on account of Mavericks GM Donnie Nelson being the majority owner of the Legends. Additionally, the defending champion Los Angeles Lakers will be affiliated with the Bakersfield Jam after shutting down the D-Fenders for a season. The Warriors have been shifted to the Reno Bighorns, and other than that, everything stays as it was last season. Particularly surprising was that no other teams opted for the hybrid model, even with as much success as Houston had with it last season. After the jump, the affiliates for the 2010 season.
