A few days ago Life & Style Magazine reported that LeBron James' purchase of a $49.5 million Coral Gables mansion was a "slam dunk."Tuesday the Miami Herald reported otherwise, stating that James would not buy the home.
Did the dunk bounce off the back of the rim? Or did James decide to pass instead?
Life & Style reported that James had started the paperwork to purchase the home.
The Herald quoted the owner of the property, Alan Potamkin, saying he has had no contact with James and that he does not plan to sell the home.
The Herald also reported that real estate agents had heard for days prior to "The Decision" that James had put an offer on the home.
