Terrence CodyBaltimore Ravens second-round pick Terrence Cody did not participate in the team's first training camp session on Tuesday because he failed a conditioning test.

The decision to keep the 6-foot-4, 349 pound nose tackle out of practice was made by head coach John Harbaugh. It came hours after he signed his rookie contract.

The rookie from Alabama was once projected as a first-round pick, but fell into the second round due to concerns about his fitness.

Cody is projected to see a lot of time playing in the middle of the Ravens' defensive line, rotating with starting nose tackle Kelly Gregg.
