Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren Divorce: Instant Reactions

(Aug. 23) -- Tiger Woods and Elin Nordegren are officially divorced -- and a resounding "it's about time" appears to be the general consensus. The world's No. 1 golfer (if not lately in terms of play, then at least in terms of the public consciousness) and his Swedish-born supermodel wife on Monday reached what many saw as the inevitable conclusion to months of gossip and scandal surrounding Woods' rampant sexual infidelity.

Nine months after the infamous middle-of-the-night car crash that broke open Tiger's secret life, Surge Desk brings you the initial reactions to the finalization of the long-anticipated split.
