(Sept. 2) -- Paul "Bear" Vasquez is taking the double rainbow ... all the way ... to Microsoft? (And the bank?)

The Mariposa, Calif., resident, who first gained notoriety for his ecstatic reaction to an "intense" double rainbow, is now taking his 15 minutes of fame to market Microsoft's Windows Live photo-editing software.
