jim neidhartProfessional wrestler and former WWF Tag Team Champion Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart was arrested over the weekend in Hillsborough County, Fla. for possession and trafficking in a controlled substance and burglary.

According to the arrest report, Neidhart was pumping gas on Sunday afternoon in Thonotosassa, FL at a local gas station when he began yelling and causing a disturbance. He was then seen opening pill bottles, which he took out of the trunk of his car.

When the police arrived, Neidhart was seen "ingesting multiple pills that he dropped on the ground while inside the trunk of his vehicle," according to the arrest report. He then began to argue with the officers who then decided to detain him and search his vehicle.

The deputies found he was in possession of 55.6 grams of Oxycontin and 17.4 grams of methadone. Plus, the prescription bottles were not in his name and instead had the name of Mary Cutillo on them.

Cutillo -- a friend of Neidhart's -- had reported that her home had been burglarized and her medication was stolen.

According to the police report, Neidhart allegedly pried open the rear door of Cutillo's home and stole her prescription pills, which are valued at more than $300.

Neidhart appeared in court on Monday morning and was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance, one count of burglary of an occupied dwelling and one count of grand theft. The judge set his bond at $138,500 and he remains in jail.
