Fantasy Stream Team: Few Options

Barry Enright was rocked for the first time this season, and it happened on the Stream Team's watch. The Arizona pitcher allowed six runs in six innings on nine hits, striking out one batter and walking none. We have a lot of work to do to bring our ERA down to its usual level, and a great Brian Duensing performance on Wednesday would go a long way towards that.

There are only six games on tap for Thursday, so finding a quality streamer may be a little difficult. Of the 12 starters schedule to pitch, only five are eligible for inclusion on our Stream Team. Of the five, Rick Porcello has pitched the best in recent weeks, earning wins in three straight starts. He faces the White Sox, who rocked him for seven runs in 4.1 innings on August 3 in Detroit.

Passing on Porcello, I'm selecting Jason Hammel as my streamer. He's a quality starter at home, where he'll face the Reds on Thursday. In his last game against the Reds, he held them to three runs in seven innings while striking out 10 batters. On the season, Hammel's K:BB ratio is 3.0.

Shallow league owners will also want to look at Jon Garland, who gets to face the Giants at home. Garland has a 7-4 record and 2.68 ERA in Petco Park this season.

Possible streamers for Thursday:

1. Jason Hammel
2. Jon Garland
3. Bud Norris
4. Rick Porcello
5. Travis Wood
