Most elite QB owners had a solid to great day from their studs, but teams with Matt Schaub may feel a little cheated. Drafted in the top seven at the position by and large, Schaub was the only elite QB to not carry his weight in the first week, ending the Houston game against Indianapolis with just 107 yards and one TD (as well as one interception).Quarterbacks that outplayed Schaub in Week 1: Alex Smith, Dennis Dixon, Trent Edwards (?!?), Sam Bradford and about 20 others.
After seeing Arian Foster emerge as a fantasy force last week, Schaub owners may be having buyer's remorse. It's even possible that they're considering benching Schaub in Week 2.
Don't do that.
Everyone is entitled to a bad week, but Schaub still has a great complement of weapons to target, including the game's most talented receiver. He was ranked in the top seven last week, and he'll remain there in Week 2. Keep him off your bench and keep him in your lineups.

• Peyton Manning would have traded his huge day for a Week 1 win. With the Texans and Titans both looking like contenders -- and I know, it's still early -- Manning will be pumped to shred the Giants secondary on Sunday night. He was fantasy football's top quarterback last week, and odds are he'll repeat that feat in Week 2.
• Michael Vick was hashed and re-hashed, so I won't repeat myself, except to tell you to start him if you don't own an elite QB.
• The best waiver wire quarterback to play this week, as far as I can tell, is Jason Campbell. He'll get to face a Rams secondary that should offer far more leeway than Campbell received in
Week 1. The Raiders threw underneath almost exclusively in that game, but now's the time to open up the offense. I'm loving Campbell as a second option in two-QB leagues, and I had to check myself before I added him to start over Henne as a Kolb replacement. Yes, Week 1 was unforgiving to me.
• Jake Delhomme looks to be a scratch in Week 2, and Seneca Wallace has a nice little matchup if he's starting. He has plenty of upside and should be grabbed by owners in two-QB leagues with hurt starters. Who knows, maybe Wallace will prove to Browns coaches that he gives the team a better chance to win than Delhomme does,
