David Beckham will file a lawsuit against In Touch magazine, which recently published former prostitute Irma Nici's claim that the international soccer star paid $100,000 for one night of her services.A spokesperson for Beckham previously stated that legal action would follow the article as part of a swift, vehement denial of the claim, which was issued shortly after the allegations surfaced.
Since the initial allegation, a second call girl has come forward, telling In Touch that she present for Beckham's tryst with Nici.
The Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder has three sons with wife and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham.
On Friday, Beckham started his first game of the season for the Galaxy in a 2-0 loss to New York.
Beckham will file suit in Germany. The magazine's publisher, Bauer Media, is based in Hamburg.
