To prevent collapse of government and/or the economy.

2) What's the one thing you couldn't live without?

Liberty.

3) What do you do when you need some "me" time?

Protest outside of deserving businesses!

4) How long can you go without checking your BlackBerry?

Forever -- I gave up my cell too -- completely.

5) What's your dream car?

'77 Caddy with one of those 55-mpg Datsun engines.

6) If you could choose, what one superpower would you like to have?

Flight.

7) What's the funniest thing that's happened to you while campaigning?

I heard the opponents' platforms.

Both -- this decision is impossible.

The Serious Stuff

9) In 50 words or less, what's the first thing the new Congress should do to improve the economy?

Congress must immediately refrain from creating large spend-intensive projects where the economy can't support them. We must trim at times like this, just like decisions we make at home when money's tight. Corruption, I'm afraid, is causing a lot of this activity.

10) In 50 words or less, what's the biggest threat facing the country today?

Forces inside and out, who know that if America's freedom falls, the world's beacon of freedom will exist no longer, and the world, including us, would suffer immeasurably. The forces are economic, moral, physical, and real time. Wake up, America!
