Fantasy Football Week 6 Rankings: K

Josh Scobee is all the buzz this week. He's easily the most-added kicker in not only Fleaflicker, but many other fantasy platforms. That is, of course, unless somebody in your league got excited about his 59-yard boot to beat the Colts the week prior and already grabbed him. Ironically, Scobee wasn't even the leading kicker last weekend. That honor belonged to Nick Folk who booted five field goals in the Jets' Monday night win over the Vikings. Scobee was no slouch either, but let's not get too excited.

As we try and stress each week in this space, the leading kicker rotates week in and week out. Aside from the very few every-week reliable guys (if those even exist for fantasy kickers), you can't get overwhelmed by a one-week wonder. Just stick to your guns and play the matchups, as best you can. I wish it were easier, but it's just not. And so, this week I'm not ready to buy the Scobee hype and am sticking with Nate Kaeding to have a very productive Sunday against the Rams.
