After his rough offseason and four-game suspension, Ben Roethlisberger made his return to the Pittsburgh Steelers lineup Sunday. The home crowd at Heinz Field cheered Roethlisberger loudly as he was introduced. The team chose to have their starting offense introduced, giving the fans a chance to cheer as Roethlisberger was introduced.
The game didn't start great for Big Ben, as he was intercepted by Joe Haden inside the red zone. Haden returned the interception -- the first of his young career -- 62 yards to set up a Cleveland field goal.
Roethlisberger and the Steelers answered with a six-minute, 81-yard drive that was capped by Roethlisberger's touchdown pass to Mike Wallace.
Early on, outside of the throw that Haden intercepted, Roethlisberger looked very sharp. He threw the ball very well, especially on the scoring drive.
