Sunday's game between the Houston Texans and Kansas City Chiefs was shaping up to be an instant classic. Houston pulled out a dramatic 35-31 win after a second half that featured six touchdowns, but Chiefs fans are clamoring over a blown pass interference call in the fourth quarter that ultimately contributed to Kansas City's demise.

Down three points, Matt Schaub hit Andre Johnson for a 31-yard completion on second-and-10. After the catch and run out of bounds, cornerback Brandon Flowers looked around for a flag, as Johnson gave him a shove while the ball was in the air. The official obliged, tossing the flag that Flowers assumed was against Johnson for pass interference.

But the announcement from the referee revealed the pass interference all was on Flowers, which made the blossoming defensive back livid. Replays revealed there was absolutely no pass interference on Flowers' part. He rightly thought the play should be negated, but as he said after the game, "everybody thought that."

Well, maybe everybody but Texan players and fans.
