(Oct. 19) -- A newly released courtroom video shows an accused -- and later convicted -- rapist having a violent tantrum in an Oregon courtroom.
Felix Espinoza-Quiroz, 55, became enraged during testimony from a victim. In the video, posted online by CBS News, he's seen pounding the defense table, then overturning it, shoving his attorney and fighting with a bailiff and others.
He was eventually subdued by courthouse deputies and two plainclothes police detectives who ran into the courtroom from an outside hallway, KPTV in Portland reported.
The incident occurred on Oct. 12. Later that week, Espinoza-Quiroz was convicted on two counts of sexual abuse and one count of witness tampering. He has not been sentenced, KGW News said.
