Floyd Mayweather has been barred from seeing his ex-girlfriend and their two sons after a September assault incident in which Josie Harris accused Mayweather of hitting her, threatening to kill her and taking her cell phone. Mayweather received eight charges in relation to the incident, including felony counts of coercion, robbery and grand larceny.

If convicted of all charges, he could face 34 years in jail.

Mayweather skipped a court date Tuesday, and has a week to pay $31,000 bail. He's due back in court on Jan. 24.
