Tim Tebow TD passDENVER -- Tim Tebow finally threw his first NFL pass -- and it resulted in a Denver touchdown.

The Broncos rookie quarterback hit fullback Spencer Larsen with a 3-yard touchdown pass with 9:24 left in the third quarter, giving the Broncos a 42-10 lead over the Kansas City Chiefs.

Earlier in the game, Tebow ran for a 1-yard touchdown out of a similar shotgun-style formation.

This time, he began running toward his left, pulled up and lofted the ball to Larsen, who had a step on the defender, and lunged into the end zone for the score.

Tebow was in for only those two plays, and both went for touchdowns. Kyle Orton is also having a huge day for the Broncos, tying a team record for most touchdown passes in a quarter with three in the first.
