Charlie Manuel Talks About Phillies' Plans to Return to World Series

You know it's been a good run for a franchise when a season that includes a fourth consecutive division title is considered a failure, but that just may be the case for the Phillies.

With Roy Halladay on board, expectations were high in Philadelphia for a third straight World Series appearance and hopefully more. Halladay delivered his part, winning the Cy Young Award in his first season with the Phils. The team came up short, however, losing in the NLCS to the eventual World Series champion Giants.

Manager Charlie Manuel discussed what went wrong, and how to fix it as he addressed the media on Tuesday at the Winter Meetings. Click to watch:
