According to Pakistan News Time, D'Errico's body scan is available somewhere, but an independent investigation has been unable to prove the existence of what insiders are calling "ghost porn" because they look like ethereal erotica with the faces left to the imagination.
However, TSA spokesman Nico Melendez insists it's impossible to capture the scanner images of air travel passengers.
D'Errico first made her accusations that she was unfairly singled out by TSA officials to AOL News on Dec. 6. According to the 42-year-old former Playboy centerfold, the incident happened before Thanksgiving and occurred at Los Angeles International Airport, where she was getting ready to board a flight to Pittsburgh with her 17-year-old son.
D'Errico was the only person asked to go through a body scan and when she asked why, she says the official told her, "Because you caught my eye and they [pointing to the other passengers] didn't."
In the days since D'Errico told her story to AOL News, Khloe Kardashian has come out with her own allegations of TSA touchy-feeliness and compared the body scans and searches to being raped; and Indian Ambassador Meera Shankar was forced to undergo a pat-down at a Mississippi airport, reportedly on grounds that she was wearing a sari.
Melendez said he was unaware of that claim, but, in passing, asked an AOL News reporter if he was aware of the exact day that the alleged encounter happened.
Meanwhile, Popeater reports that D'Errico has been hospitalized for a very serious staph infection that she is thought to have contracted from a relative who was hospitalized in ICU.
