On Wednesday night, a security guard working in Mayweather's Las Vegas gated community accused the boxer of poking him in the face as the two argued about a parking matter. The police were called but decided not to take Mayweather in. The following night, however, they arrested him at a casino for the misdemeanor battery complaint. This new legal tussle -- on the heels of domestic battery accusations from an ex-girlfriend -- means that Manny Pacquiao will have to wait a little longer to face Mayweather in the ring.
