Mike Singletary, Troy Smith Get Into Sideline Argument (Video)

The 49ers bowed out of the playoff race Sunday with a 25-17 loss to the Rams, and the frustration of a disappointing season in San Francisco apparently came to a head on the sidelines.

Up 14-12 in the third quarter and driving to extend the lead, Troy Smith threw an interception to O.J. Atogwe. The 49ers would only go on to score three more points in the game.

After the interception, Smith returned to the sideline and got into a confrontation with Mike Singletary. At one point, it gets heated enough that Ted Ginn attempts to calm Smith down.
