That was the reaction of a Brooklyn Heights resident to the sight of a New York City sanitation vehicle towing an immobilized snow plow directly into a parked Ford Explorer.
And what better way to pass the time during a monster blizzard than by capturing the spectacle on camera and posting it to YouTube.
"The crazy thing here....the vehicle WAS....wait for it....A NYC Dept of Buildings city owned vehicle. I went down, I know the owner, they are aware of the video and no police ever came," the video's poster said.
The New York City Sanitation Department is investigating the incident, according to CNN.
