It's always surprising when whippersnappers from this generation can't identify icons from previous ones. It shouldn't be a shock, I guess, since it happens all the time, but that's a sociological conversation for another time. For now, though, here's all you need to know: the big three for the Miami Heat -- LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh -- have taken to calling themselves "The Heatles." Not so much because they're huge fans of English pop bands from the 60s, but mostly because it rhymes with "The Beatles." Heatles self-appointed frontman LeBron James explains.
``I see we sell out 99.1 percent on the road, so we call ourselves the Heatles off the Beatles, so every time we take our show on the road we bring a great crowd,'' James told the Miami Herald.
Which leads to the question raised by the Herald's Joseph Goodman: "So who's Paul McCartney and who's John Lennon?"

James' response? `I knew that was going to be a question ... We're just the Heatles, man.''
To be fair, I'm certain John Lennon has no idea who LeBron is either.
